Assessment Report of PUB

Dear PUBers,
IWMI has now established the BLOG of the PUB community, the
PUBLOG.
This category of the blog is to discuss the planned Assessment Report of PUB which
will contain a review of the current state of hydrological predictions in
the absence of data, addressing where we are now, what we have achieved in the past 4 years, and what are the challenges for the remaining years.
Please consider to author part of the Assessment Report and use this blog
to share your thoughts on what should go into the report. What science
philosophy, what outline, what methods, what target group focus etc. should we adopt?

We had a number of PUB Sessions at the Assembly of the European Geophysical Union,Vienna,13-18 April 2008. One of them was devoted to the PUB benchmark report.
